PCMan forgot to remind you that the configuration file name changed in the newer lxsession.  If you were to copy "config" to "desktop.conf" in the /etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE directory, it might help.

This is a good time to remind PCMan that Fedora is saying they can no longer upgrade LXDE for this reason.  I cannot see why this change was done and maybe you can comment.  If it was gratuitous, it would be a good idea to revert the name.
