Hi,

it would be a nice feature to let the user choose on which monitor the panel is displayed, if you have more than one. Why? I have the following setup (which is not too exotic today, i think): a laptop with a 1280x800 display and an ext. monitor 1280x1024 attached to it. The overall screen size is 2560x1024. If i choose to display the panel bottom left, it's out of the visible area.
Setting the monitors to align to the bottom line with xrandr is no option, because openbox then displays the windows on the smaller monitor in the none visible area above.

Here's a little ascii art to show what i mean:
Panel bottom right:
|----------|----------|
| | |
| | |
| | |
|----------| +++++ |
|----------|
Panel bottom left (out of visible area)
|----------|----------|
| | |
| | |
| | |
|----------| |
+++++ |----------|

XFCE has this option and i think it would be a great improvement if you can make it work in LXDE too.

Thanks for all the good work and best regards,
Lutz

    To my knowledge we have no developer with multiple monitors at this time, so any changes could not be properly tested. Patches would be welcome.
