openbox-menu depends on this, as it seems that menu-cache ignores <Filename> tags inside <Layout> which are used to specify the position of individual desktop entries.
Thank you very much for reporting this. I believe this issue is now fixed in the GIT repository sources. Test it when possible, please, and report if the problem still exists.

I've failed to build consistent package from the latest git on Debian stable.
But patching Debian's version with changes from related commit was a success, it works!
