Afther mounting sshfs, and logging in as a standard
user, there are some directories on remote machines I
can't acess, directories that i can if I logged on
localy as root.

What can I do about this?

Thanks

this happens because the owner of the mounted fs is the
mounting user (root in your case). so even if you authenticate
as another user on the remote sys, locally the files will be
    owned by root.

use the dmask and fmask options to set minimum permissions
    on all dirs/files.
