I am attempting to set a box up that using a intel eepro100 and a pxe rom-o-matic with the option turned on for booting from local device. What I would like to accomplish is to have the terminal run off ltsp as a client, or if (L) run win98 off its harddrive. I am having no trouble booting from the terminal server Problem is when I pres (L) to boot the local hardrives installation of windows pxe exits and jsut sits there with a dumb look on its face. It does not appear to make any attempt to acessthe hard drive. How can I diagnose why this is not working as I think it should? Any one configure somthing like this before? Are there more options I need to play with in rom-o-matic to be set to operate in this manner? -- "The place of the material world in the universe is that of an exquisitely beautiful precipitate or varied cloud-work in the universal Æther, determined by a geometrical necessity...." ~ Professor John G.
