I have run the LTP on gentoo, with the 2.4.21-ck3 kernel.
Though it seems asif it hangs on mtest01, when I abort it, it tells me
PAN reported FAIL
Anyway to distinguish if it's hanging, or just taking terribly wrong? Or
maybe an option to skip this test, to complete the rest.
So, I haven't been able to let the system complete it's tests.

Replying to ltp-list instead of ltp-results.

That line just means that some test or tests failed during the entire
test run. Aborting mtest01 would have probably been enough for this, or
if any other test failed before then, it would also make PAN report
FAIL. You can check the logs if you want to see if any others failed.

Sure, this is easy. Just put a # in front of mtest01 in /runtest/mm to
remove it from the run. You could also try updating it with the copy
from cvs. Some people were having problems with it hanging a while
back, but I thought they all got fixed in the current copy.
Thanks for the testing.
