In this the standard says what it says until there's an official
interpretation or a later correction to the standard thru the ballot
There are some working documents at
http://www.opengroup.org/austin/aardvark/finaltext/ which are in progress
and may be considered as input to a future technical corrigendum or some
hints to future interpretations, however there are no guarantees.
