User reports that lsstack run against the Java Virtual
Machine
process, executing a threaded Java program, reports
only one thread. Contrasting with gdb run against the
same process which reports many threads.
He sent lsstack debug output which suggests that the
root of the problem is that we fail to find the _DYNAMIC
symbol. From there we assume it's a single threaded
process.

Need to repro this by trying lsstack against a java
program.

He didn't say what version of JVM he was using so
I will try with the Blackdown 1.3 and then Sun 1.4 JVMs
and see what happens.
