    Hi,

I have some problems running make when I try to install loose cannon 0.5

./configure works fine, but make halts after a little while with some error messages..

modelobject.h:127: error: ISO C++ forbids declaration of ‘PyObject’ with no type
    modelobject.h:127: error: expected ‘;’ before ‘*’ token
modelobject.h:128: error: ISO C++ forbids declaration of ‘PyObject’ with no type
    modelobject.h:128: error: expected ‘;’ before ‘*’ token
serializer.cpp:330: error: expected initializer before ‘*’ token
    serializer.cpp: In function ‘bool SerializePython(bool)’:
serializer.cpp:345: error: ‘PyObject’ was not declared in this scope
serializer.cpp:345: error: ‘arglist’ was not declared in this scope
serializer.cpp:346: error: ‘result’ was not declared in this scope
serializer.cpp:348: error: ‘serializer_callback’ was not declared in this scope
serializer.cpp:351: error: ‘Py_BuildValue’ was not declared in this scope
serializer.cpp:352: error: ‘serializer_callback’ was not declared in this scope

serializer.cpp:353: error: ‘Py_DECREF’ was not declared in this scope
serializer.cpp:357: error: ‘PyErr_Print’ was not declared in this scope
    serializer.cpp: At global scope:

Any idea what I can do to fix this?

    Frode

That looks odd problem, if configure passes it should find python headers.
      What distribution are you running?

Do you have python-devel package installed?

Could you send config.log file to me, it is in the main loosecannon directory.

      Hello again,

python-devel solved the problem. Nice game!
