I installed the latest version of Logwatch and everything works fine. I created a custom watch for JBoss logs but Logwatch cannot access log files located within the JBoss home directory. If I copy the JBoss logs to a different directory outside of the JBoss directory then Logwatch can access the Jboss logs. Has anyone solved this problem?
Logwatch works fine with Tomcat logs, just not JBoss.
Any help would be appreciated.
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
Does logwatch run under the user root?
Can you show your jboss logfile and service group configuration?
Can you pastebin logwatch debug output (level 10)?
