Logapp 0.7 released

Logapp is a wrapper utility that helps supervise the execution of applications that produce heavy console output (e.g. make, CVS, and Subversion). It does this by logging, trimming, and coloring each line of the output before displaying it. Logapp is easy to use and designed to be as fast as possible.

Handling of multiple Logapp instances trying to access the same logfile has been added and the parameter parsing has been improved. Additionally, usage of threads and PTYs can now be disabled.
