Log4j mode version 1.3 released

Log4j mode is a major mode for viewing log files in Emacs. It can be used to view any text based log file, even though the name refers to a specific logging package. Log4j mode provides syntax highlighting, filtering, and source code browsing.

The 1.3 version of Log4j mode adds autoload support. It also fixes a number of bugs in the XEmacs version, like the point moving to the beginning of auto reverted buffers. XEmacs users will surely want to upgrade to the new version.... read more

Version 1.2.1 is a minor update to support jtags (http://jtags.sourceforge.net) version 0.95.

The new 1.2 release adds support for multi-line log records, and a feature that lets you browse the source code for a Java identifier found in the log file. Filtering performance has also been dramatically improved.... read more
