The current rails-september-2006 bundle does not respect a users path.
It overwrites it with the various bundle specific paths, but does to append
$PATH at the end.
Attached is an environment.plist that does append the $PATH at the end.
Since the locomotive bundle paths are first, there is no problem with
broken OS X versions of ruby or other pitfalls, but I do get access to my
other path directories (eg. /opt/local/bin with all my darwinports).
On a related note, it might be nice if the loco terminal exported an
environment variable to the current project directory, so that users could
just type cd $PROJDIR and return to their rails directory. (Heck, you could
even add an "alias rhome = cd $PROJDIR" to give us a nice shortcut on
