My text file uses an ASCII layout that is larger than
the default window size set by LockNote, I would like
LockNote to save it's last width/height either in the
registry or in the output EXE when saved.

I strongly agree. However, I must disagree with the proposed
option of saving the setting in the Registry, as this would
break the portability inherent to the program. This
information should be saved within the EXE itself. I think
it would be ideal if the program continues spawning its
windows in the center of the screen, as they do now, as well.

This feature is sorely needed!

I agree with the previous posters, Locknote should remember
window size and position! Additionally I would like to have
the same features notepad provides. These are a different
font setting (I prefer Lucida Console, Standard, 10) and
word wrap setting.
Store all settings (font size, window size, etc)
to the .exe, but NOT to the registry!
I really want this functionality as well.
Window size is saved now.
Just a quick comment in response to the previous posters:
Font size will be configurable (and saved to exe, just like the window size).
Window still pops up in the center of the screen, regardless of size.
As for typeface selection, I'm still pondering ...
