Is there a way to remove a server from under the Update Services list? I have a server there that is not the WSUS server anymore. Thank you.

For me, I was using 2008 R2 and went into my user profile directory and found the "Local Update Publisher" directory which contained config.xml with the server names.
    For example: C:\Users[your user name]\Appdata\roaming\Local Update Publisher\config.xml

Since it is XML, just remove the <UpdateServer> to </UpdateServer> tags which contain the <name> that matches the one you no longer want.

Under connection settings you can select the server and click on the delete button to remove a server. The XML thing will work as well.
