When trying to sync to google get error:
"The batch operation with ID  failed. -1" and Google calendar does not update.

Has been running fine for last few weeks, but suddenly started getting this error in last few days.  No known changes have been applied to Google calendar.  Is this pointing to an error as a result of something changing on the company firewall or similar?
have tried upgrading and downgrading from 1.5.1 to 1.5.2 and 1.0.0 but no difference.
Full extract of log below.  Any guidance much appreciated.

You're right.  Nothing helpful there.  Can you try running the sync for just a couple days?  I'm wondering if there's an entry on your calendar that CalSync is not handling well.

Wow…not very good English there :).

I mean, shorten the time period for syncing.  It looks like you're syncing about two months now so try shortening it to a few days.

    Ok sorted it!
Following your suggestions I tried changing the period of sync down to - 1day to +1 day, but no joy.
So I tried changing all the Sync options under Settings.
Turns out it was caused by "Include full meeting description" being checked.  By unchecking "Include full meeting" it works perfectly over a 3 month window.
    So all good.

How do we provide feedback to see if there is a code issue around this selection so that it can be addressed in the next release?

Thanks for the help and ideas to work this out.

Hmmmmmm.  That's very interesting.  What version of Lotus Notes are you using?  This is the first I've heard with this issue and I know a lot of people that are including the full meeting description.

I don't think this will work, but immediately after syncing try turning the option back on and sync again.  Then, it will just try to update the meetings instead of creating them and I wonder if the results will be different.

You can consider this a bug post.  I'll add it to the list of bugs and post here if I have any follow-ups.

I am also getting this on v1.7

I have submitted it in the bug section.

Calsync cannot sync when "Include Full meeting Description" is ticked. There is a meeting it seems that Calsync does not like. Once I untick "Include Full meeting Description", syncs fine.
