Cannot instal LNGS - JNI error and Java exception

I'm trying to install LNGS on my Windos 8 64bits and I can't get it done. When I run the lngsync.jar I get a error message:

"Error: A JNI error has occurred, please check your instalation and try again."

So, i click on the "OK" button and get another error message:

"A Java Exception has occurred."

Can somebody help me with this issue? Am I doing something wrong?
