Do you mean making Export... and Export tracks... refer the same data? To me it'd feel reasonable to copy the settings from "Export" t "Export tracks" as long as the user don't change the "Export tracks" options making them different form "Export".

For example he might want to export a preview mix to Ogg Vorbis, but want to export stems in WAV or FLAC. And he might be very unhappy that the software keeps chaning he's settings even though he don't want this.

+1 and selecting OGG from one window should switch to OGG on the other.

Also irrelevant WAV/OGG settings should automatically gray out on toggle.
