Yes Johnathon, Mixx is it!!

insight,

It is apparent you have a deep hatred for open source music production.  : ) Seriously though, if you feel there are features in closed source tools that are desperately needed in the FOSS community, please share.  Your contributions to the list thus far have been very vague.  You poke fun at the use of the word "we".  "We" could be thousands of people, it could be 5.  Its not relevant.  What is relevant is your statement "Time passes: it is necessary to evaluate and admit the real results of all these open source projects, at least in audio production."  I think "all these open source projects" is more of a generalization than the usage of "we".

"We" all know that audio production needs a lot of work on Linux.  I once paid for the original version of FL, and  enjoyed it.  Unfortunately, as new releases came out, the price became unreasonable for what I needed it for.

Every mailing list needs a devils advocate to keep the purists on their feet, but for the sake of the group, please make your arguments constructive, or stop posting.

You are right but I learned many things I know about open source and free-
software from reading this newsletter too.
Excuse me if it seems I am rude expressing my opinion about a program I liked
so much but is 0.4.10 release yet. I will try not to chime in again so your
dreams will not be disturbed.

About your reply , the main question is : how many do you think "we" (in
"we're already using") are?
Best regards
