In principle: No. There has been some fixes for this posted to this list
but they appear to be non-working.
The fix was to increase the range of the 'offset' parameter, which
determines the offset within on page.
The page number is still limited to 32 bits, and what's more this is
actually the absolute position of the page, not modulo pagesize.
In practice: Maybe. If you enable compression and try not dump the
