There is no NO_HEAD_REP bug in the CVS version. In your case the config  
file is wrong because you left out the ptrail value which was in the  
original config.
The attached config (just using your timing values) should work ok with  
the CVS version (0.7.2 still *has* the NO_HEAD_REP bug).

Your config file revealed another bug, which I also just fixed, but it's  
not related at all to the NO_HEAD_REP flag (and is quite pathetic anyway  
because it only did affect one config file in the repository).
