Hi. I have a "small" problem with the serial receiver. The problem is that it only gets signals from max. 2cm away. First I've soldered it together and when that didn't work I tried putting it together on a breadboard with all components new - that didn't work either. The receiver I'm using is the SFH 5110-36, I've tried four of them with three remotes and no improvement. The reason I didn't try other receivers is that I can't get any of them. Voltage on the IN-GND pins is 4,94V, on the OUT-GND the voltage is 4,45V when idle and drops to 3,80-4,15V when a button is pressed, the voltage stays the same no matter the distance of the remote. I would appreciate any advice you can give me. Thanks. |
