Hi Guys, It is appearing that lirc_gpio is broken for kernel 2.6.22. Two symbols are missing from the bttv driver. In my searches, they appeared to previously be generated by drivers/media/video/bt8xx/bttv-if.c. WARNING: "bttv_get_gpio_queue" [/tmp/buildd/linux- ubuntu-modules-2.6.22-2.6.22/debian/build/build-generic/media/lirc/lirc_gpio/lirc_gpio.ko] undefined! WARNING: "bttv_get_cardinfo" [/tmp/buildd/linux-ubuntu-modules-2.6.22-2.6.22/debian/build/build-generic/media/lirc/lirc_gpio/lirc_gpio.ko] undefined! Could a kernel hacker who wrote the gpio driver speak to these at all? For the moment, i'm going to disable them in the Ubuntu builds. Mario |
