Thanks James for that info on Symlinking the devices, that worked perfectly. The symlinking is used in the same method for Slackware as well, so it was easy to implement. My SYMLINK line looks like this: BUS="usb",SYSFS{idVendor}="056a",SYSFS{idProduct}="0013",SYSFS{devnum}="5",SYMLINK="input/tablet" That's for the Graphire3 CTE-430 tablet in case anyone needs the info. Your devnum will be different however. I noticed too, that usbmouse module is not needed for the wacom drivers to work, so I also removed that module from loading. That actually locked down the device before I made the SYMLINK. And during boot I had to add the lines: rmmod wacom modprobe wacom to initialize the device correctly, don't exactly know why this is so, but, at this point I don't care. Again, thanks James.
