The RC of what is to become xf86-input-wacom 0.30.0 is now available for testing. There are two changes of particular note in this release. First is an update to improve compatibility with future kernels ('Allow PAD only interfaces without EV_ABS and/or EV_X/Y to report events'). Second is a bugfix that addresses a long-standing issue preventing xsetwacom from performing some kinds of display mapping ('xsetwacom: Fix 'get_mapped_area' ("maptooutput next") on 64-bit'). All other changes are cleanups and tweaks to improve code correctness. As is the case with all our RC releases, please test this out and provide feedback about problems you may encounter. Assuming all goes well, expect xf86-input-wacom 0.30.0 in one week.
