[Linuxwacom-devel] Wacom and twinview bug

Hi,
I use a Wacom Intuos2 6x8 serial tablet. I have installed the last Wacom
driver (beta5.2), since I have a TwinView configuration and this feature
is not supported in beta5.1. I use a NVidia FX3000 board with 45.30 driver.

In fact, I have recompiled the beta5.2 driver from scratch since margins
did not seem to be handled properly with the prebuilt wacom_drv.o

Now margins work fine, but when I try to change the video mode (using
xvidtune), the tablet stops working.

I noticed the same behaviour with the beta5.1 wacom driver.

If I remove the TwinView mode from my XF86Config file, everything works 
fine again (with both beta5.1 and beta5.2 drivers).

Here is the error I can read in the XFree.0.log file (using a debuglevel 
of 10). As soon as I change the video mode, there is a "bad magic" 
detection in the  xf86WcmSerialValidate function and the tablet stops 
working:

I have also attached my XF86Config with the TwinView section that I use.

Do you have any idea?? This is really anoying, since I really need 
TwinView mode and the tablet working together in my application.
