Since libsysfs 2.0.0, sysfs_get_mnt_path() will return
success (0) even when sysfs is not actually mounted. In
libsensors 1.3.0, sysfs_get_mnt_path() would fail as
expected if sysfs wasn't mounted.

I maintain a library which uses libsysfs and relies on
sysfs_get_mnt_path() to detect whether sysfs is
available or not. This change of behavior breaks it.
Was this change made on purpose? If not, can this
please be fixed in the next version?
