  echo 0 > /proc/psionw/sleep
will disable automatic poweroff

Actually, I wrote a small daemon which tracks if uarts are active, if
lid is open and if external power is present and either sets poweroff
timer or puts 5mx to sleep right away. I may post a source or binary
if somebody interested
