#1052 Liferea prompts for login credentials while in offline mode

Liferea pops up login credentials for Google Reader while in offline mode and
there is no internet connection available. It would make sense that if you put
liferea into offline mode then it wouldn't try to synchronize any feeds, but
apparently it still tries (Google Reader Authentication) when you click on a feed.

    There is a conceptional bug that causes special sources to initialize unconditionally and triggers the credential prompt.

    Actually TinyTinyRSS & Co just update on startup even if preferences say not to do so. This needs to be fixed and will also fix this issue I believe.
