#1049 deleted feeds reappear on feed list

deleted feeds are on the list again and again when I update feeds.

Please fix it.

    This is a known issue. There is no state handling for deleted items. If a feed is updated Liferea doesn't know about the item being previously deleted and readds it.

    I see no easy solution. Keeping track of item deletions and house keeping them would require some in-depth changes. The only clean way would be to remove the item delete feature.
