Looking at the location of the Swedish translation of the manuals, it seems
to me slightly redundant. They are in a subdirectory named sv, and they have
a postfix 'sv' on the names. While I must have been away when they were
checked in, it seems it would be a lot more convenient if they were just
in the doc's directory. Since they are named ll-reportmanual.sv.xml and
ll-userguide.sv.xml there is no conflict, and even if in the future there
were a dozen translations, there wouldn't be that many files in the docs
directory. More importantly, the code in the Makefiles to generate the
formatted versions of the docs is already in the docs dir.
Right now, I copy the files back up into the docs directory to format them.
Is there any reason I'm missing?
