[Libusb-devel] libusb_get_device_list returns -4

Hi All,

I cloned the libusb windows backend source today (11/30/2010).  Opened
_libusb_2008 Visual Studio project, and compiled libusb-1.0 static/lusb
checked.  When I stepped over lusb.c, the function libusb_get_device_list
(NULL, &devs) returns -4, or LIBUSB_ERROR_NO_DEVICE.  I thought it supposes
to give me a list of USB devices connecting to my system.  If anyone knows
what I am missing something, or the libusb has a problem?  I am running WIN7
x64.
