I'm trying to use a usb device using libusb but it is being claimed by the HID driver. Is there a way to not let the HID driver get it before I can claim it with libusb? I thought there was a blacklist file you could specify what HID devices to ignore. Thanks for any info. |

It is a data structure in the kernel (ie you'd have to recompile). Probably libusb isn't the best tool for a HID device. Perhaps you could explain what you are trying to do?
