#529 Not all corners intersects in newly created polygon

Hello,

• create a polygon (for example hexagon);
• turn on "snap to intersections";
• start to draw line from one corner of polygon: at least one corner of polygon (point wich defines radius of polygon during creation) not snaps.

See attached screenshot of not snapping;

If drawing was closed and opened then "snap to intersection" works on all corners of polygon.

OS: linux, KUbuntu 15.04, 3.19.0-30-generic, 64 bit;
