The transient incompressible Navier-Stokes equations are solved in
example 13 and example 18.  The method demonstrated only works for low
Reynolds numbers with the Newton iteration in ex13, and for slightly
higher Reynolds numbers with the quasi-Newton solver called by ex18.
For high Reynolds numbers you'll probably need to add stabilization as
well as a continuation or pseudo-transient solver.
