Tong Giang, the Make.common you attached appears to be older than the oldest libMesh version (0.7.0.4, released 2011-02-03) I had handy to compare it against. Whichever libMesh version you're using, it certainly doesn't support PETSc 3.4.3. It looks like we added PETSc 3.4 support last May; that's prior to the libMesh 0.9.2 release so I'd assume that libMesh 0.9.2.2 is PETSc 3.4 compatible. I'd recommend trying that. https://github.com/libMesh/libmesh/releases/tag/v0.9.2.2 Might I ask which libMesh version you tried, and where you found it? We recently removed all the old release files from Sourceforge (in an apparently-failed attempt to prevent people from accidentally downloading old rather than current releases), and the releases on GitHub don't have anything older than 0.9.0. --- Roy |
