I'm afraid not; you'll have to add "u", "v", "w" variables separately.
This isn't much of an inconvenience for the most common finite element
spaces (see example 13 or 18, for instance); it's only a big obstacle
if you want a vector-valued function space that can't be naturally
constructed from scalar-valued spaces.
