I'm thinking of adding a new directory to libMesh src and include" mesh_transfer

I'll move the mesh_free_interpolation files over there... and I have a few files associated with DTK (DTKAdapter and DTKEvaluator) and I have a plan for a few more files (a MeshTransfer base class and an implementation for DTK and for MeshFreeInterpolation).

It doesn't really feel like this all fits in "utils"... but I can be persuaded to put it there (or anywhere else).

I'm also adding a new "mesh_transfer" directory to examples to show off this stuff.

What do you guys think?
