Hi,

We have been able to successfully build libmesh using cygwin and gcc.  I wasn't responsible for
this but I'll let one of our developers explain what he did later.

Subject: [Libmesh-users] Building libmesh for windows

Hi:

Can you provide some guidance on building libmesh using the Microsoft C/C++ and Intel Fortran compilers under Windows? Can cygwin be used to this effect?

Thanks in advance
