  Thanks for your help. I have compiled the libmesh library successfully except some warning.
   When I go to run the examples, I got the following errors like:

./configure --disable-parmetis --disable-petsc --disable-mpi --disable-shared
make METHOD=dbg
make METHOD=dbg run_examples
