#56 compile error in testsuite2/numbertostring/isNumeric.cpp

Compilation options:
JSON_DEBUG JSON_SAFE JSON_STDERROR JSON_PREPARSE JSON_REF_COUNT JSON_BINARY JSON_EXPOSE_BASE64 JSON_ITERATORS JSON_STREAM JSON_MEMORY_CALLBACKS JSON_OCTAL JSON_COMMENTS JSON_VALIDATE JSON_CASE_INSENSITIVE_FUNCTIONS

In isNumeric.cpp line 280, NumberToString::_atof() is not declared in class NumberToString unless JSON_STRICT is defined.
If I remove the #ifdef JSON_STRICT in numbertostring.h, then testapp compiles but it has 4 failed tests (not sure if these are related):

TestWriter.cpp - ascii one char: (result) == ("[\n\t\"I said: \\\"foo!\\\"\"\n]")

TestWriter.cpp - ascii one char: (result) == ("[\n\t\"I said: \\\"foo!\\\"\"\n]")

TestWriter.cpp - ascii one char: (result) == ("[\n\t\"I said: \\\"foo!\\\"\"\n]")

TestWriter.cpp - ascii one char: (result) == ("[\n\t\"I said: \\\"foo!\\\"\"\n]")
