Rotation angle in verbose output sometimes produces inaccurate values using dmtxread.exe compiled with Visual Studio, even when the same images produce correct results under Linux and Cygwin.

    To reproduce issue, in DOS (or calling Visual Studio-built dmtxread.exe from Cygwin) run:

    $ dmtxread.exe -nv abcd-180.tif

    An output of "Rotation Angle: 0" indicates failure.

    New simplified angle calculation fixed this issue by reducing reliance on specific atan2() implementations.
