with the pgr dragonfly2 I use, I can set the framerate to any value,
not only 30, 15 etc, by selecting e.g. 30 fps, and then setting the
framerate control to manual and the framerate absolute value to
the desired framerate (not above 30 fps). This works for all formats,
not only FORMAT7.
That works perfectly and IIRC is described by IIDC 1.31
Unfortunately, dc1394_video_get_bandwidth_usage still reports the bandwidth
usage as if the camera ran at 30fps, not at 25fps if I set it to 25fps.
Looking at the implementation of dc1394_video_get_bandwidth_usage, this
originates in dc1394_video_get_bandwidth_usage calling
dc1394_video_get_framerate. Now, I am lost, should we fix
dc1394_video_get_framerate which also still reports 30 fps or should this
one be left as is, and only fix dc1394_video_get_bandwidth_usage, or
create another variation of dc1394_video_get_framerate which implements
iidc 1.31 framerate ?
