No

You can fire the ball left with the mouse, but there's
nowhere to set a keystroke for doing the same if you're
a keyboard player.

Option Controls/Fire allows to set any key you want. Space
is default and works perfectly fine for me.

I think you misunderstoof my point.
With the mouse, I can press the right button to fire the
ball right, or the left button to fire the ball left.

The keyboard key for "fire" _only_ fires right. It would be
nice to have a second key for firing left. When I use the
keyboard and want to fire left, it's awkward to have to
reach over and use the mouse for that.

This feature request is NOT closed.

    Per the changelog, 001022:
-if starting angle is not random press left mouse button to
    fire the ball
to the left (right button to fire to the right)

This request is for a key on the keyboard to serve this
purpose. Currently, the only key that can be set fires to
the right, and you have to reach over to the mouse to fire
    to the left.

My apologies. Issue was closed without a comment and I had
not seen it in the ChangeLog. However, after upgrading
today I see that it has been implemented. Thanks and I am
    sorry about that.
