The warp determination for addons seems to be resetting
each time a ball is lost.
For example, I have it set on 80% before I'm allowed to
Let's say there are 100 bricks, so I've busted 80 and
I'm allowed to warp, but I lose my ball before I do.
Now the level begins again with 20 bricks left, however
I have to bust 80% of 20 in order to warp again.
I find this unfair especially when it's a hard level
and you're lookin forward to warping out of it but now
you have to work at it again to do it.
My suggested fix is simply once 80% of the original
bricks in a leve are busted, then keep the warp option
on until the level is cleared, even if balls are lost.
