#70 Indri query language (and offset annotation?) extensions for relations

Per the this discussion:

  • Augment the Indri query language to include constraints based on annotations, rather than on windows.
  • May require an extension to offset annotations, allowing relationships between two annotations.

For example, if you've created offset annotations for "person" and "location", right now you can write

  #uw8( term1.person lives term2.location)

to approximate that a person resides in a location.

But if you had an annotation that says term1.person stands in a "resides" relation with term2.location, this extension should allow you to write:

  #relation[resides]( term1.person term2.location )

This would be a new type of representation node in the Bayes Net.
