#1134 Reversing invoice with manual tax doesn't reverse tax amount

When voiding a customer invoice, the amounts in the invoice have their signs changed, except for the tax and tax calculation basis, if the invoice was marked for manual tax entry.

Even though the tax ought to be entered manually on the original invoice, the voiding of the invoice should reverse the signs on all amounts. The result of the above is that the invoice has been voided (reversed), but remains in the books @ twice the tax amount.

    Prioritizing to sev 8 since sev 9 means "can't release without fixing it"

    We really should try to fix this for .40 or .41 (depending on how quickly .40 gets out the door).
