One needs the 1.1.x JDK to be able to compile Applets compatible with the "native" Java VMs found in older browsers. Actually, one only needs the "classes.zip" file, found inside, so probably the windows jdk would work too. The 1.1.x jdk is _not_ used to compile anything (it doesn't even run on my FC 2 box, due to the NPTL changes that broke pretty much every older JDK). Anyhow, if you can't find a JDK that works and actually want to compile lrpStat yourself, let me know, and I'll send you a 1.1.8 jdk > 2. hostap won't compile do to a missing linux/modversions.h file. It worked fine 6 weeks ago, I'll have to have a look over the weekend. Martin -- You think that's tough? Try herding cats! |
