#31 Remember current height of LTC info buffer to be restored after updating in Emacs

When Emacs runs ltc-update, the info buffer at the bottom shrinks back to its original size. If the user changes the height of this buffer before running ltc-update, we should remember this value and set it after to maintain the current height.
