When I set CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/opt/NewFontSystem, I get the following:
Install location variables which can be set by the user:
This is not right. If I specify the prefix, then all the other ones
are supposed to take that prefix as the base path, right?
Can you please fix this since you are our CMake guru ?

I am pretty sure this is a stale cache issue since it works fine for me. Try
starting with an empty build tree (probably just removing the cache file,
CMakeCache.txt, would be equivalent).
